Practice flying

It was fun to get in the plane with my instructor again. We enjoyed a flight up to the practice area so I could show him that I knew where I was and what to do if I was lost.

We flew a heading to take me to Taneytown and then get lost. We used the VOR to track over to EMI then navigated to Rt 140 where there is a large antenna tower. We tracked Rt 140 back to th airport, using the GPS and ADF to verify that we were going in the right direction.

There was 1 touch n go and 1 soft-field landing demonstrated. For the next 2 flights, I am to fly solo to the practice area before we continue more dual work.
