HOW TO upgrade the front plate
cover for easy removal

If you live in state that requires a FRONT license plate but hate the look and are looking for an easy way to show/noshow your plate...
Get some velcro where it is
readily available. One option is a fabric (sewing) shop.
Remove your front cover (two
philipps screw in the bottom). Cut off about a 6 inch strip and place
1 side on the bumper.
Place the license plate on
the front of your Corvette and attach with 2 bolts. Now you can put
the cover over the plate; insert the top first and push the velcro strips
together. To remove just pull out on the bottom.
I tried using hose(water) pressure and Air pressure and have not seen any movement. --Black_Magic on the forum
